Storesupport Launches New Connected At-Home Product Sampling Program, Tryal in Partnership with Jones Healthcare Group
Product sampling programs have long been part of the strategy for certain brands and retailers. Costco Canada is one of the brands we think of where product sampling programs are a staple and fan favourite.
73% of consumers say they are more likely to buy a product after giving it a try, while only 25% say they want to buy a product after watching a television commercial.
Samples are key in helping customers determine the value of a product and whether they are likely to make a purchase. However, thanks to the pandemic, sampling has become more challenging.
As a result, we want to help retailers, brands, and merchandisers bring their products closer to consumers and gain valuable feedback to improve future product offerings.
The Tryal connected at-home product sampling program targets a range of demographics across Canada. Our pilot program will distribute up to seven product samples from various companies to a national test sample group.
We will mail these product samples to the home of your consumers, and they will have the opportunity to try different products and provide feedback on their experiences.
We will provide all partners with valuable insights and detailed analysis through Near-Field Communication (NFC) technology. Consumers can respond to your survey questions by simply tapping their phones to the NFC insert included within the box. Your survey question responses will be segmented by:
- Geographic location
The Tryal product sampling program takes the communication between your brand and consumers a step further by allowing you to ask questions relating to your products. It customizes the consumer experience, allowing you to receive valuable feedback through a simple tap by the consumer.
To participate in the Tryal connected at-home product sampling program, all you must do is enroll in our program, provide 1,000 shelf-stable samples, and submit up to five customer insight survey questions.
