The Ride to Conquer Cancer (Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara)
Storesupport, through the Event Support Division, became and essential partner in the Ride to Conquer Cancer Toronto 2010. We provided staffing for all three locations including Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara Falls. Our teams were coordinated and specialty licensed personnel we brought in to execute the event locations set up. With over 4000 cyclists to organize, Storesupport crews became the key to ensuring that deadlines were met and with Mother Nature not exactly cooperating, we became the emergency solution to closing out the event. Storesupport is proud to have been part of such a great project and cause! We look forward to helping End Cancer.ca with all their events in the future.

Klondike Rose Potatoes Promotion
Partnering with Earth Fresh Foods to promote Klondike Rose brand potatoes, this project has turned out to be a huge success for Storesupport! Our employees provide assistance with setup, takedown and free sampling of the Klondike Rose Potatoes which complement an assortment of topings surely to make your tastebuds water! Hosting events and coordinating on-demand coverage for product launches at Wal-Mart, METRO and various independent grocery store locations. This promotion has also been executed at several golf events and festivals in the southern Ontario region.
Slava Vodka & Zirkova Vodka LCBO & Event Promotions
Partnering with Multiculture Marketing Inc to provide Smartserve trained staff for LCBO and event promotions in Ontario. We are developing and training a whole new level of trained employee to suit this project. Working with the Slava and Zirkova brands in a transisional format to become the perfect partner to continue to expand the popularity of the brands. Our staff are custom trained with the client to be knowledgable of the products and to drive sales during the promotional events. Using our coverage network in Ontario and other regions, we grow as the clients grows and continually update the training database to suit every project. Custom recruiting requirements and training methods are currently being developed to take this specialty niche business to whole new level of professionalism and return on investment.
Canadian Club Whiskey LCBO & Event Promotional campaign

A perfect example of how Storesupport is here to help their clients, we have provided staffing for specialty promotional campaigns. Due unexpected and last minute staffing complications, CIM turned to us for help in staffing the Canadian Club Hide-a-Case promotion in Toronto, Vancouver and Calgary. We turned to our database and worked literally through the night to submit candidates that not only fit the requirements of but also would execute the project properly! Working at specific special events and the LCBO locations, our staff members have executed events all over Ontario and have received rave reviews for their work. We look forward to helping CIM and other clients in the future to ensure that their projects are always successful.

Collaborating with Tanya Testa has opened up various job opportunities for the employees at Storesupport. Working with COODA in addition to other companies has provided our employees with various experiences. Our employees provide a cheerful atmosphere and willingness to assist with any task that comes up! We have supplied special event staffing to assist with seminars and executive meetings by means of registration table staff, presentation staff and distributor of informational materials. By having a special team of on-demand assistants available, Tanya can grow her business and also take on additional projects.
Mother Hubbard's Furniture Store
Storesupport provided candidates to fill a full time sales floor position for a 30-day trail contract. Being a small business, the store ownership was not in a position to waste time, energy and money into employee's that may not be successful. Turnover in this case can be very expensive therefore by using our recruiting transisional trial program, we provided 3 candidates to "earn" their positions and make sure that they were a fit for the clients. At the same time the contract allows for the employee to discover if the job is a good for them as well. This experiment proved to be a big succes for both sides and we are excited to have helped.
Piper's Heath Golf Course outside services staff
Storesupport has provided staff to help with outside operations and also to supply candidates for full time work in a recruiting trial basis. Turnover in the golf industry and prove costly in terms of training money and associated loss of customer service. Our workers were custom trained to provide a positive experience when golfing at Pipers Heath Golf Course. Our employees, in addition to other tasks assist with golf carts, tee-off times and transporting golfers to their lessons or too and from the parking lot. With the shoulder season of the golf industry approaching, Storesupport is is already planning out coverage teams that will fill the busy gaps when student staff populations return to school in the fall. Storesupport will be ready and on demand when the course is hosting it's busy fall season. Not having to seasonally hire and the de-hire employees will be huge cost savings to the operations and also enable the management staff to attend to the customer services details even more. We are alos pre-planning out special event help for seasonal parties.
Par-T-Perfect Events
Partnering with Amber Dinda and her fun company, Storesupport provided extra staffing required for party events and festivals when required. Using special recruiting methods to find employees that have been back ground checked and verified to provided a safe work environment for children, we focused on finding workers that are enrolled in ECE or teaching programs. Training with the client our workers can no provide event set-up and take down plus all sorts of fun things such as face painting and general party help for projects in the GTA.
Burlington Cougars Hockey Tournament
Storesupport was more than happy to provide numerous employees for the weekend long Burlington Cougars Hockey Tournaments. At each hockey arena our staff greeted all who entered, were in charge of ticket sales and answered questions while maintaing a float to be collected at the end of the day. It was great to help out and share in the success of the teams who took part! We are working towards providing staffing on-demand for the event organizers year-round to guarantee that tournaments go off with out a hitch and revenues are maximized.
BE THE GAME Sportswear Inc.
Storesupport has partnered with BE THE GAME to provided on demand sales associates for sale days across the GTA and at special events. We provide a supplemental work force who has been custom trained to know that BE THE GAME and its charitable foundation aimed at getting underprivileged kids playing sports is built of promoting SPORTSMANSHIP, ENERGY,PASSION and LEADERSHIP. Owner Joe Drexler is thrilled to have found Storesupport as a partner to not only expand his business but enable him to focus on the details of building his business.
